| Grammy nominated trumpeter, Kevin Clark, is rated "Top 25 Living New Orleans Trumpet Players" by Gambit Weekly (New Orleans). Downbeat Magazine regards, "Impressive capacity for heat & power." Toronto Star states, "Confident, fault-free technique and great tone." Ottawa Sun proclaims, "Blistering Trumpet." Kevin has toured the United States, Europe, South America, Russia, Asia, the Middle-East, the Caribbean, Bermuda and Canada. Kevin has recorded and/or toured with Rhythm & Blues legend Clarence "Gatemouth" Brown, New Orleans' own clarinetist Pete Fountain, The Dukes of Dixieland, the New Orleans Nightcrawlers Brass Band, and the Preservation Hall Jazz Band. Kevin's numerous solo albums range in style from New Orleans jazz to big band swing to gospel to 1960's instrumentals. Kevin resides with his family in Charlotte, NC and the maritime province of King Edward Island. |
